With that vision in mind, we are thrilled to invite your child to participate in what can only be described as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

In partnership with the Global School Alliance, we are organising a week-long cultural immersion trip to China planned for October 2027, centred around a visit to our dedicated partner school. This is a chance for our current Year 5 and 6 pupils to step out of their comfort zones and into a culture rich with history, innovation, and friendship. The children will be in Year 7 or 8 when the trip departs.

Why China?

China is a global leader in technology, arts and trade. By visiting our partner school, our students won't just be tourists; they will be global ambassadors. During this week, your child will:

• Attend Lessons: Shadow Chinese peers and participate in collaborative projects.

• Cultural Exchange: Engage in visits to Longgang, Gankeng Town and the Dafen Oil Painting Village.

• Future-Focused Learning: Visit a state-of-the-art school with specialist facilities including AI and robotics labs, and see how technology is embedded into everyday learning

• Build Confidence: Navigate new environments and develop independence in a safe, supported setting.

We understand that sending a Year 7 or 8 child across the globe is a significant decision. However, we have seen firsthand how these experiences ignite a lifelong passion for learning. The Global School Alliance ensures a high standard of safety and logistical support, and our own experienced staff will accompany the group every step of the way.
